TurnAround Couriers provides a bicycle courier service within the area bordered by Lakeshore Boulevard, Dufferin Street, Eglinton Avenue and Pape Avenue and a transit courier service up the Yonge Street subway line to Yonge and Finch. Click here to view the map.
We offer our clients 6 levels of service:
- Platinum: Delivery ASAP, guaranteed within 30 minutes of order placement (within the downtown core)
- Gold: Delivery within 1 hour of order placement
- Silver: Delivery within 2 hours of order placement
- Bronze: Delivery within 3 hours of order placement (orders to be placed before 2.30pm)
- Same Day: Place order before 12pm; delivery by 5pm
- Overnight: Place order before 3pm; delivery by noon the next day
We are open for business from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5.30pm.
All of our couriers carry Mike handsets which function as 2 way pagers, cell phones and 2 way radios.
One of the benefits of the new technology is that it allows our clients to track their packages online in real time. It also means that paper waybills are no longer required.
